The SEBM-H400 extends electron-beam powder-bed fusion to larger build envelopes. It enables design teams to consolidate assemblies, introduce internal passages and produce lightweight structures that are difficult or inefficient to manufacture conventionally.
Its vacuum process environment is particularly valuable for reactive alloys. Aerospace, transportation and energy users can apply the system to functional prototypes, tooling and qualified end-use parts after completing the appropriate material and process validation.
Where it fits
A large-format electron-beam additive manufacturing platform for integrated, high-performance components. Our engineering team can review the intended alloy, electrode specification, target particle fraction, output level and downstream process before recommending a final configuration.
