The SLPA-D30 brings plasma rotating electrode atomization into laboratories and pilot facilities. Its compact footprint and high rotational speed support experiments with new alloy chemistries while keeping raw-material demand manageable.
Inside a high-purity inert environment, a plasma source melts the end of a rotating electrode. Centrifugal force disperses the liquid film into droplets that solidify into clean, spherical powder. Researchers can therefore evaluate compositions and processing windows before moving to industrial volume.
Where it fits
A compact PREP platform for alloy-development work and controlled small-lot production. Our engineering team can review the intended alloy, electrode specification, target particle fraction, output level and downstream process before recommending a final configuration.
