The SEBM-T200 uses an electron beam as the energy source in a vacuum powder-bed environment. It is intended for demanding materials and geometries where thermal management, productivity and material integrity are critical.
The platform supports research as well as repeatable component production. Typical programs include aerospace structures, high-temperature parts and porous biomedical designs made from titanium alloys, cobalt-chromium materials and other beam-compatible metals.
Where it fits
An electron-beam powder-bed system for developing and producing dense, complex metal parts. Our engineering team can review the intended alloy, electrode specification, target particle fraction, output level and downstream process before recommending a final configuration.
